As someone who spends a lot of time outdoors for work, I bought it as a warm undershirt. I wear it under a dress shirt, but the sleeves are long and stick out from the cuffs of the dress shirt, which is disappointing. There are 9/10 sleeves for ultra warmth, but not for super warmth, which is unfortunate. Also, it would be warmer if the inner fabric touching my skin were brushed (like some other brands).

It might not be useful as the season has passed, but I wore this in mid-winter with sweatpants and a down jacket (UNIQLO) on top, and I was cozy all day! I'm not great at layering, so having to wear fewer items is a plus. I'll wear this again next winter! However, it's thick, so it takes up space when washing.
