If the shop is not in our catalogue, you can still order the item — all we need is a link.

1. 1Open the shop's website where you found the item.
2. 2If the description is hard to read, turn on page translation in your browser — Google Translate, for example.
3. 3Pick the item and copy its link from the address bar.
4. 4Paste the link into the request form on our site.

The rest is on us: we buy the item, pay for it in Japan and receive it at our warehouse. Shipping is calculated later, once the parcel reaches the warehouse and is weighed.
