  I purchased size M online, but it was too big, so I exchanged it for size S in store. The waistband was firmer than the leggings I wore previously, and the size felt slightly larger. I was worried because of reviews mentioning a bad smell, and upon closer inspection, there was indeed a strong odor, possibly from the dye. I hope it dissipates when wearing them.

  Like other reviewers, the ultra-stretch leggings can be worn in various situations and have been my must-have item among UNIQLO products. Unlike trendy flare pants that quickly become unwearable or thin active leggings meant only for the gym, this product can be worn comfortably for work and outdoor activities without getting in the way. I'd love to repurchase it (preferably in black). I sincerely hope for a restock or at least some improved similar version. Thank you!
