At 158 cm and about 45-46 kg, this size is just right. I wear it on workdays to counteract the air conditioning. On my days off, I often wear sleeveless tops, so I wear it more to cover my arms rather than for sun protection. After washing, it hasn't shrunk, so it’s a great fit.

  It's great for chilly days or in air-conditioned rooms, but wearing it on hot days is difficult. I am less than 150 cm tall, but I want to hide my belly, thick upper arms, and hips, so I always hesitate between S and M sizes. Based on height, I should choose S, but based on body type, I should go with M. I struggled with this but ended up buying S. It's not long enough to cover my butt, but it's just right for wearing over a dress. However, since it has a round collar, I am concerned that the collar feels too tight. If I don’t button the top button, it doesn’t sit properly. I think it can be worn for a long time except in mid-summer, and washing with gentle detergent was fine.
