  These have been a big hit as training wear at the gym! Since I prefer high-waisted pants, the longer length that doesn't expose the ankles when bending or stretching is truly appreciated. Also, the band at the hem is perfect. Even when I pull them up to my calves in hot weather, they don’t slip down, and the level of compression is just right, so they're not uncomfortable at all. They are incredibly convenient for temperature adjustments, so they've become indispensable during weight training.

  My 6th-grade son fell while wearing these and scraped his knee upon returning home. However, the knee area was not torn, just slightly scraped. I was surprised at how durable they are. By the way, I also purchased this in size M for myself. I think it looks more expensive if it has a zipper. Why isn't it available for women's styles? Regarding the color, the beige turned out to be a bit duller than I expected, so I wish it were a brighter beige.

  I bought this for my 15-year-old son for everyday wear. We needed to replace clothes that no longer fit. The cuffs have been tapered, so they don't get caught in the bike chain, which is great. They are sufficiently easy to move in for light sports and, with the price point, I don't feel bad if they end up with a hole. His waist is a bit big since he is slim, but it can be adjusted with the drawstring.
