  For women's high-neck styles, there are only ribbed options, so I primarily buy the crew neck. I wish they would re-release the boat neck design from about 10 years ago. I think this is a high-cost performance product due to its good color vibrancy, machine washable feature, and decent durability.

  After about 3-4 years, there are signs of fuzziness on the surface rather than actual pilling and some overall shrinkage, so I end up buying nearly the same color. It doesn't really help with cold weather, but I like it because it can create a nice outfit. The M size has a comfortable, non-restrictive fit.

  Though it's a sweater, the knit pattern isn't too pronounced and has a sleek appearance, making it useful in early spring and fall. It folds up compactly, which came in handy during travels and fits nicely in my bag as an extra option. It also served as a nice makeshift scarf when out.

  I'm 149cm tall and weigh 42kg with a bone structure that leans towards a wave shape. I almost never wear it with the buttons undone; I always wear it in a knit-like manner. Occasionally, I feel a bit itchy, but I like the comfort. It feels pretty much the same as a merino crew neck sweater. Both stretch quite similarly and, as I take care when drying it, it holds up well enough.

  This knit is convenient as it looks good with denim or skirts depending on the jewelry, and it can appear a bit stylish. I also bought it in black in a different color. I coordinate it with the color of my bottoms, and the NAVY pairs nicely as if it's a set with my narrow skirt.

  When I'm unsure of what to wear, I always reach for this sweater. The color is definitely black. It's easy to match with both denim and smart bottoms, it's comfortable, and I can wash it at home. I'm repeating the cycle of wearing it out and buying more... I wore a size M before, but this time I chose L. With my natural bone structure, this feels better.

  Compared to a few years ago when I purchased it, the fabric is thinner and has pilled less. The same product has been rated lower recently. There are reviews stating that UNIQLO's products were indeed better before, which is disappointing.
