  I am a man. I layer a T-shirt over Heattech. The men's version shows the Heattech around the neckline. Therefore, I recommend the women's 3XL. Layering a T-shirt prevents the Heattech from showing around the neckline.

  I usually buy size M (I like a snug fit and no bulkiness when using it as an inner layer), but I tried size L this time. At 165 cm tall, this might be the right size for me, but it has a comfortable, relaxed fit with enough length, making it good for cold weather. However, for slightly chilly days, thin, three-quarter sleeve dresses, I find size M fits better. The loose collar doesn’t get in the way of outfits and is good!
