  In winter, I wear leggings first and then tights over them. This layering keeps me warm. During spring and autumn, I wear them rolled down to just above the knee when I wear skirts. Even if the skirt gets blown by the wind a bit, I feel safe with leggings underneath, and they also serve as a countermeasure against air conditioning.

  In winter, I wear it as the innermost layer, and in summer, I wear it as loungewear since it gets cold from the air conditioning. It feels like a second skin. I am a size S in women's but have thicker thighs and dislike tightness, so I always choose XL for Uniqlo leggings. It feels loose, so when I wear it under a skirt and it shows on the outside, I switch to L. The recommended size is indicated as XS, but I find S or M too tight for my preferences. Also, I have a notion that if the fabric stretches, the fit will loosen, and I find the XL, which doesn't stretch as much, keeps me warmer. Interestingly, I feel the gray ones are softer, stretchier, and warmer compared to the black ones. It might just be my impression.
