It can be secured in a free position, and since it has elasticity, it stretches and contracts based on my posture, so I hardly feel any tightness. It’s comfortable. The only question left is durability. I've used my previous one for over 10 years. However, considering the price, if it lasts for a few years, it’s worth it. If I buy one in another color, I’ll have twice the versatility.
