I'm a 70-year-old woman, 155 cm tall, and weigh 53 kg. I bought an XS because it was on sale. It's a bit big. I think Puff Tech is much warmer than down. The skin feel and warmth of synthetic fibers are superior to down. I believe this is scientific progress. It's even needed in summer, especially in heavily air-conditioned overseas hotels and trains. Puff Tech is essential. Plus, it doesn't take up space, making it easy to move. It's especially a must-have in hotels in Singapore and Malaysia. Without it, I feel like I would die. Seniors are sensitive to air conditioning! Help!

I am 169 cm tall and weigh 59 kg, slender build. The size was just right for me, but if you tend to layer up or prefer a looser fit, going one size up might be better. The look changes with different sizes, so I recommend trying it on if possible! It's also nice that it's washable. I'm a little disappointed that the storage bag is sold separately...
