As an adult, I thought the kids' Heattech would work well for me. It has more room in the body compared to the adult size, but the sleeves are a bit short. It might not be enough for someone who wants longer sleeves, but if you're someone who prefers to wear it underneath, or dislikes the Heattech being visible, the kids' size is just right!
