  I’m a 174cm/67kg male. I purchased this for sun protection on my arms while running. The M size fits perfectly. It doesn’t slip down and allows me to run comfortably. It is naturally hotter than not wearing anything, but it feels cool as Airism should. While I believe that white would reflect better, I chose black because it fits well with my running attire, and it looks good which motivates me to wear it. I can still wear it for running at temperatures below 30℃ for sun protection, but I'm uncertain how it will hold up above 35℃.

  I like the cooling sensation and that it covers up to the back of my hands; I also like the color. The downside is that while riding a bicycle, it tends to slide down… it may be because I've lost some weight. It might be okay during the sweaty season. I’ve had to put elastic at the top to make it work. I wish they would make an S size!

  I used this for sun protection while wearing a short-sleeve T-shirt, raising it up to just below the armpit. I wondered how it would fit my arms with an L size, but it didn’t leave marks and kept me cool. The thumb placement is fixed, making it easy to use without it slipping down when raised.

  There were two types of arm covers in the store, and this one definitely had a better cool feel, so I bought it. It doesn’t slip down, which is a relief. The online picture makes it look light blue, but it’s actually a solid gray.

  I have slender arms, and my arm length is about 54cm, which is long for my height. I bought an M size in a different color this year, just like last year. The length is enough to cover about half of my arms, so it works well with most short sleeves. Even with slender arms, it doesn’t slip down. When worn, it feels nice due to the cooling sensation, but it doesn't have great breathability, so it can get warm after a while. Therefore, I take off one star. If I put sunscreen on my arms and wear this over it, I nearly don’t get burned (though not entirely). My fingers are exposed, so just those get some sun (sweat). I also have mesh arm covers from department stores, but they’re a bit too short for me and slip down when the elastic stretches. I’m not sure how well they hold up to washing yet, but the ones I bought last year still have good elasticity.
