I bought these for my child. When I had her try them on, they were significantly thicker than regular tights, and the fluffy inner seemed warm. It seemed she didn't get cold while playing outside, as she said, "It's warm." I thought they might be a bit stiff because they’re thick, but once worn, they didn’t restrict her movement at all, and she seemed fine crouching or running. They are very useful for keeping warm during outside play or outings in winter.

Since they are warm, the fabric is thicker, making them very useful as an inner layer for long skirts or clothes that don’t expose the legs. Since they’re for kids, it can't be helped, but I think they could fit a little better to avoid slipping or sagging.
