  As someone short, I struggled to find jackets where the sleeves or lengths weren't too long, but this one allowed for changing the sleeve and hem lengths through the custom order. It helped me tailor it to my body shape! Plus, it was affordable despite being customized! Unbelievable! I got the jacket to look decent by shortening both the sleeve and hem! If I had tried to get a custom suit made, it would have been really pricey, so it's wonderful to find something fitting within my budget. It’s excellent service! I wish they had options for button-down shirts too... I wonder if they do.

  Being petite helped a lot with customization. While finer adjustments were not possible, being able to have 2 cm or 4 cm increments was appreciated. I got measured and ordered items with a length of 62 and sleeve length of 54.5. The online store screen only showed measurements up to 56.5 for sleeves, but it was good that I could order 54.5 in-store, even if it was troublesome to have it measured.

I removed the tight skirt from consideration and purchased the②‘amazing jacket’ as it can be washed at home and is inexpensive.   Being able to try it on in-store was helpful. I had issues with L being too big and M being just a bit short on sleeves and length, which was resolved. I had both sleeves and length made to the longest option. It nicely covers my wrists and behind. The body isn't tightly shaped like many women's suits, which provides some room, which is great. The fabric is lightweight, and while it doesn't feel high-end, it's helpful that I can wash it at home. I would appreciate more color variations.
