  I actually went to buy a set of three pairs for 990 yen that come in 50 colors but found only sizes 25–27 cm in the store, so I opted for this pair in size 23–25 cm. It was my first time trying these, and since the set was a safe color, I bought it without hesitation. I usually wear size 23–25 socks, but the heels do not fit and constantly shift around the arch side, causing discomfort. The fabric felt good for summer wear, but it's uncomfortable as is. It was a disappointing purchase.

  The material and comfort are great. I chose dark gray. The image shows three colors, but it states it's a three-pack, and it was listed as having color options, which made me think I'd get three dark grays. Instead, I received three in navy and black. It would have been better to buy the same color so that when I fold laundry and the heels rub together, it would be easier—so I was disappointed with the three-color set.

  I can’t believe there could be defective products from the trusted UNIQLO! The gray socks in the three-pack have a 10 cm difference in length between the left and right! Can you please exchange them? Can I go to the UNIQLO store where I bought them to request an exchange?
