  Frankly speaking, the quality of UNIQLO cashmere has dropped significantly compared to a few years ago. Considering the yen depreciation, good quality items do tend to get expensive, which is somewhat understandable. Cheap cashmere can't compete with high-quality wool. It's disappointing, but this sweater falls into that category. The fibers are short, making it prone to pilling and quick felting. However, cashmere is easy to wash at home, and if you accept it for one season, it's not bad. The shape and design are also nice. I bought two because I found the KAWS design unexpectedly cute. However, there were already slight pills at the time of purchase. I find myself wondering if, at this price, better wool would be preferable.
