  I'm still caring for my Uniqlo selvedge. This time with the JW collaboration, my expectations are high. I'm satisfied with both the texture and color of the selvedge. Since the longer length is only online, I tried on the regular ones in-store to check my waist before purchasing online. It doesn't seem to shrink much after washing, so I think it's fine to buy in my exact size.

  The recommended size was 27, but I went one size up to 28. After washing it a few times and air-drying, it felt closer to the 27 label. Considering shrinkage, I made the right choice. It's definitely because it's 100% cotton, so it shrinks.

  It seems like the hem was folded a long time ago, and it didn't return to its original length even after washing, which is bothersome. I'm disappointed.

  This jeans purchase marks my fourth pair of the JWA straight jeans this season, and when I opened the box, my first thought was, 'Isn't this the same color as the dark blue 68BLUE?' I like jeans but I'm not a fanatic, so I'm not sure, but it's not what I imagined for selvedge. Perhaps it's because it's not from Kaihara, but this 69NAVY selvedge seems just a tad darker than 68BLUE. I apologize if I'm being totally off base, but I felt a bit underwhelmed initially. However, after trying these jeans on, I thought that the slight difference might actually be nice. The silhouette is impeccable. Other reviews mentioned the fabric being thin, but I found it thicker than the light blue 63BLUE. It's just the right thickness for me. I always wear size 35 in jeans and it fits perfectly. Lastly, if you're not a fanatic and already have 68BLUE and are considering buying these selvedge jeans, I'd recommend checking the colors in-store before purchasing.
