The fabric is sturdy with no sheer effect, so I think it’s great to wear alone. It’s easy to match with denim and seems suitable for casual outings.

Even though I have broad shoulders, it fits perfectly and isn’t tight at all—just right. The color is refreshing and spring-like. I want other colors too.

The frills aren’t too high, and the design has slightly shorter front frills, which prevents it from being overly cute.

When I checked the product size, I noticed it was slimmer than flannel shirts, so I went one size up. When buying shirts from Cottonier, I carefully consider whether to choose L or XL.

This year, I bought three patterns of frill shirts from Comtoir de Cottonier. This blue shirt pairs beautifully not only with jeans but also with a casual cotton midi skirt in khaki.

The slim design and frills are not too cute, making it easy to wear cleanly. The sleeves were a bit short for me.

This is my fifth purchase after white, navy, black, and gray stripes. While it's cute, what makes me repurchase it at my age is that it covers wrinkles on my neck a bit. I wear size L in bralettes. I bought size L for white and navy. I tend to choose a looser fit, but for black and gray stripes, I purchased size M based on a sales associate's advice. When using it as a layer under jackets or jumper skirts, a tighter fit helps prevent the fabric from bunching or spilling out from the sides. Size M fits snugly in the bust, and the arm area has stretch, so there’s no stress. This time, I bought size L, which feels a bit loose at the shoulders. I plan to style it with light blue denim for a sweet and spicy look.

Cottonier's shirts and blouses are slimmer in comparison to other brands. It was a bit tight for my thick upper arms, but this blouse was really nice. There’s just a little polyester in the cotton fabric, but the texture and fit are perfect. I usually wear size M in Uniqlo linen shirts, but I’m glad I chose L for this one. I still think Cottonier's clothing is wonderful, but I’m very disappointed that it can only be purchased here. I wish there were more stores that carry it.

I really liked the navy and white striped version from winter 25, so I purchased this spring item as well. The size range is smaller than winter, so I recommend checking the measurements before buying. It fits well and looks slim. The arm area is narrower than winter, but the stretchy fabric is fine for desk work. I love the elegant flutter around the neck.

The frills at the collar give a neat impression, making it versatile for work or casual outings depending on what you pair it with. I think it looks good even worn alone, as the silhouette is beautiful. There are few wrinkles after washing, making ironing easy. If paired with jeans, it can look great even when air-dried.

I had been interested in the cotton frill shirt for a while and was contemplating white, blue, black, and check until I saw a stripe version available online, which I ordered. It has a clean look and is perfect to wear under sweaters or cardigans, and it doesn’t show much underwear when worn alone. The dark blue stripes on a white background are stylish, and the modest frill at the collar is cute and well-balanced. Since my arms are short, I usually order XS, so I was worried that an S size might have long sleeves. It covers about half of my hand, but it’s within acceptable limits. I want to wear it a lot when it gets warmer.
