  I wanted a short down and purchased the recommended L size online, but the length felt awkward, and when I folded up the hem a bit, it fit better. I thought about wearing it folded up, but it was a good price, so I decided to exchange it for M. Then, I felt a bit bulky around the shoulders, and again I wished it was a bit shorter for better balance, but I couldn't bear the thought of incurring return shipping costs again, so I think I will stick with it. There's no store nearby that has the actual item, making it very tough if the size doesn't fit. Also, since the model is 175 cm wearing M, I thought even if I wore M or L at under 160 cm, it wouldn't look short.

  I'm 168 cm with a natural build. The overall fit feels somewhat loose. The app recommended M, but I considered wearing thick items underneath, so I ordered L. Concerned about sell-outs, I also ordered XL and tried both at the pickup store. XL was quite large, so I was thinking of going with L when the staff recommended, 'I think M would be stylish! Please try it on first.' I returned the XL right there and ordered M (L I took back first). When M arrived, I was surprised! The short silhouette came alive, and M looked the sharpest. There’s enough room in the shoulders, so I didn't feel cramped even when wearing my 3XL long-sleeve polo from UNIQLO underneath, and sleeve length is sufficient. L looks cute, but gave the impression of 'just another down.' Collaborative products are often only available at select stores, so in rural areas, you need to order online to try them on. Thanks to the kind staff, I was able to choose confidently, but I think it would be more reassuring to have fitting samples available.

  I tried on L size in-store and it fit just right, but considering layering in winter, I bought the online-only XL. I feel that L would have been better to accentuate the short length design, but it's tough to determine without trying on.

  I purchased size L at 164 cm. Although I already have an expensive stand-collar down jacket, I bought this for its 90s-inspired design, hybrid down, feeling like it's the last one from Lemaire. I could wear M size too, but since it felt tight with a thin knit underneath, I opted for L. The fit feels similar to how the product appears on the female model. The collar stands up even without a button. The neck area and pockets are fleece-lined for warmth, and the detailed considerations and construction are nice. The design of the collar opening and sleeve tapering is more feminine, but if you're not concerned, I would recommend it for men too. The fabric is matte twill cotton and looks high-end. Because it's cotton, it can wrinkle easily. I appreciate that hybrid down is machine washable.

  I'm 170 cm with a natural build. I initially ordered XL as recommended online, but it was way too baggy and the sleeves were too long, so I exchanged it for L in-store. While the size chart shows XL and L have only a 0.5 cm difference in sleeve length, the cuff area is smaller, so it feels safer. (XL reaches near my fingertips.) I also tried on M, but it felt uneasy with the length and I felt it might be tight around the hem if I layer up. The typical shiny feel of down isn't present, and yet the fabric has a good quality that isn’t too matte. I wanted a short down this winter, and this fit my image perfectly, so I decided to buy it without waiting for a sale. I think it's warm enough for outdoor winter wear with just one layer underneath. I'm looking forward to the cold.

  I bought the black one online, and then went to the store where I found the beige was fantastic, so I ended up buying two. I'm 178 cm and 70 kg; I initially purchased L, but it didn't have that short look I wanted, so I bought the beige in M. Even so, the body width is just right, and even though it's a women's design, the sleeve length was acceptable. It really doesn't look like fast fashion at all. Thank you, Mr. Lemaire, for this final great item!

  No hood, no shine, short length, wider body, with a button at the neck only. This season's men's trendy down meets all those conditions. Many men must have given up on finding a down jacket like this. Sizes XL and above sold out immediately. I'm happy to have bought it and at the same time moved by the fact that there are other men who share the same taste? If I see anyone wearing it in the street, I'd be grateful.

  I'm a 173 cm, 68 kg male. I tried on L size in the store; the sleeve length was fine, but the long neck part felt a bit tight when buttoned up, so I ordered XL through the app right then. I got it in black. I've always loved UNIQLO U, but it's only recently that black colors have appeared, and I have no recollection of black down jackets before. It's technically a women's design, but it works for men without a doubt. XXL feels too wide and reduces the short-length look, so this size is perfect. The item was released on Friday and restocked once on Sunday but then went out of stock again... I think this one has low return rates. It's been a long time since I bought down at full price, but even if it gets restocked and discounted, I'd be satisfied. Thank you very much for the first chapter of UNIQLO U. It was genuinely enjoyable every time.

  I had seen this down jacket on social media before its release. I read reviews saying it was heavier than expected, but personally, I find it acceptable as a winter outerwear and it's warm. I have a more robust body type, but this makes me look sleek. The M size looks short with the volume around the shoulders and neck, making the upper body look unbalanced. The L size is only slightly longer, but it balances well with the shoulder and neck volume, so I chose L. The fabric is more matte than I expected and looks high-quality. I wanted to wear it for a long time, so I bought black, but I'm considering buying brown as well because the color is beautiful.
