For me, M is just right, L is slightly roomy, and XL would fit if it's thick wool (my arms are long). For the beginning of winter, I thought L would be ideal with thin wool underneath, so I purchased L. Black is versatile, and there’s navy in the inline, so I’m considering olive as well.

I felt a wave of joy being able to coordinate a set-up at my age. L was perfect, fitting well on the shoulders, but I was torn between XL and L. I opted for XL that felt comfortable around the stomach even when buttoned up. I tried it on quite a bit before deciding.

I’ve worn it three times since purchasing. It's suitable over a T-shirt or a long-sleeve shirt, and it was just right for this season when the temperature is unstable. The fabric has some stretch, so it’s very comfortable even in the perfect size. Those in middle age who hesitate to try denim jackets can now go for it. However, I would recommend avoiding oversized fits. I suggest trying it on.
