I bought the blue version for my husband. It looks like it could work as an outer layer, and it seems to be useful when it gets cooler. The color is autumn-like, and I'd expect the check pattern to look nice peeking out from a sweater in winter.

Following the olive, I got the brown check again. I already knew it felt great to wear, so I had no complaints about that, but I seriously debated the blue color until the very end. Ultimately, I chose brown because I thought a lighter color would work well as an accent when layering in the upcoming season. Also, checks and patterned items can get boring, and I feel there’s some resistance for middle-aged individuals to wear them, but this surprisingly basic check pattern isn’t overdone. The black on the check makes it a nice, casual adult look. I could have waited for a sale, but I personally don’t get thrilled about discounted goods, so I rushed to buy it at the entrance of autumn. It might be good to observe the timing, but buying it as autumn quickly passes and the opportunity to wear it fades is unfortunate.
