I had given up on overly distressed items due to my age, but this one has just the right amount of distressing and looks neat!

I like the classic stiffness of jeans and the moderate distressing. I also like how they fall straight without picking up body lines. It's a bit disappointing that the color from the back looks different from what you see from the front. It would have been perfect if they looked the same from both angles. I tried it on in-store and felt the length was just a tad short, so I purchased a longer version online. Both the original length and the folded version looked great. I found that the lighter blue on the men's side looked cooler, so I bought that, while the women's selection was limited to this blue.

The way the distressing is done is stylish, and the thoughtful addition of reinforcement on the lining is impressive. I've been a fan of JW products for a while and have bought various items. I previously purchased baggy jeans that were comfortable, so this time I bought straight ones. Although I bought the same size as the baggy jeans, they felt a bit tighter and the fabric felt stiff, so I rated it 4 stars.
