  Even with the longer length, this one ended up being short. This is long! Thank you UNIQLO for the improvement! This is my first time getting them shortened! I’m of medium build and M size fits perfectly. Slimmer individuals might find the waist to be a bit loose.

  I used to complain that long lengths weren't actually long, but recently, the longer styles are really long, and I'm confused. (If that's the case, could you make the sweatpants a little longer too!? Can you hear my inner cry...) The fit around the waist is tidy, and I like the shape, so it's fine if I just adjust it.

  I was looking for a pair of white bottoms that were a bit wider. I wanted to match them with boots, so the longer length is just right for folding up. There is a slight transparency issue, but it's acceptable for men's sizing.

  I tried on the normal length in size S at the physical store. The length was a bit lacking, but the waist felt loose, and I didn't mind the fit around my hips. (The women's barrel pants fit just right in M size.) While ordering online, the recommended size was XS, and remembering the looseness of the S size waist, I ordered XS. When I tried it on, the fit around my hips was too tight and uncomfortable. The length felt just right, but I didn't want to wear it for long, so I exchanged it for size S. The waist is a little loose, but if I wear it dropped a bit, I don't notice the fit around my hips at all. There's about 2 cm extra, so I'm thinking of rolling it up or pairing it with platform shoes.

  I think the design and comfort are very good. I thought I bought the normal length, but it was a bit long... so I need to shorten it a bit. The issue is that the waist size varies greatly even within the same size. If it's just a little off, a minor alteration is fine, but if it's about one fist too big, I have to take it for alterations. Considering the price, it might be better to overlook this level of discrepancy, but since I can’t try sizes on in physical stores, I would like the variations in size to be a bit smaller.

  When I buy for myself, I always buy 3-4L, but I underestimated it. The waist is quite big and when the inseam goes to the maximum, it comes down to under my chest. My legs are barrel-shaped, so it’s quite baggy; I had to fold the hem twice just to wear it.

  To cover my ankles, I specified an inseam of 80cm. I was worried about getting bitten by mosquitoes on my ankles while gardening, but this resolved that. It's 100% cotton and easy to wash, so I'm very satisfied.
