Professional Japanese hair care — for salons and stylists

Lebel, TOKIO INKARAMI, Milbon, Aujua and other salon lines. We buy them in Japanese shops at the local price; on top of that — a 10% fee and shipping.

Why ordering direct works out cheaper for a salon

Outside Japan professional Japanese lines cost several times more than in Japanese retail. The gap is built by the chain: Japanese shop, exporter, distributor, local warehouse. Ordering direct you pay the Japanese price, our 10% fee and shipping — nothing else.

A salon takes a set for a month or two — shampoos, treatments, masks, oils — not a single bottle. On an order like that the fee is exactly 10%: the ¥1,000 minimum only bites on small purchases.

What it costs and how we count it

The shop price plus a 10% fee — you see that sum before paying. Shipping is counted separately, once the order is packed and weighed at our warehouse: nobody knows the parcel weight before that, and we will not name a figure at random.

How an order goes

  1. 1Send us the list — links, photos of the labels or just the names. We will find them: Japanese shops search by Japanese spelling, which is awkward to do by hand.
  2. 2We count the goods with the fee and show the sum before payment.
  3. 3You pay by card on the site — we buy the items in the Japanese shops.
  4. 4Everything arrives at our warehouse in Toyama. We check that nothing is missing and pack the parcel.
  5. 5We weigh it, issue the shipping invoice and send it off. Parcels to Russia travel via Kazakhstan — there has been no direct post from Japan since 2022.

Worth knowing before you order

  • Hair products fall under customs code 33.05, so the Japanese export limits on cosmetics to Russia do not apply to them at any price. The limits cover perfume and skin care above ¥40,000 per item.
  • Japan will not ship: aerosols — hairspray, dry shampoo, any pressurised can; dyes and bleaches with peroxide; alcohol lotions above 24%; nail polish remover. Shampoos, treatments, masks, oils, serums and leave-in care travel without trouble.
  • Thirty identical packs in one parcel look like a commercial batch even when the sum fits the duty-free limit, and customs may require a commercial declaration. Mix it up: different items, two to four of each.
  • Duty-free is €200 and 31 kg per parcel; above that, 15% on the excess. A large purchase we split into several shipments in advance and tell you what it comes to.
  • A repeat order is built from the previous one: same items, same volumes, no searching again. Your account shows every step — bought, arrived, packed, shipped.

Frequent questions

Is the product genuine?

We buy in the same shops the Japanese do: Rakuten, Yahoo Shopping, brand stores. This is ordinary Japanese retail, not parallel import and not a reseller's stock.

Can I order something that is not in the catalogue?

Yes. The catalogue shows goods from the Japanese platforms, but far from all of them. Send a link or a name and we will handle it through assisted purchase.

How long does an order take?

Buying takes one to three working days. After that it depends on how quickly the sellers deliver to our warehouse and on the next shipment date. For your order we give the dates once we see the list.

How do I pay?

By card on the site — a normal bank payment, not a transfer to someone's private card. Foreign cards and your account balance work too.

What if an item is out of stock?

The money for an item we could not buy goes back to your balance: put it towards the next order or ask for a refund.

Do you handle wholesale volumes?

Tell us what you need and in what quantity, and we will talk it through. There is one caveat, and it is not a refusal: thirty identical packs in a single parcel may be treated as a commercial batch, so a large order is split across shipments and priced in advance.

Send us the list — we will price it

We will name the cost of the goods with the fee and check which of them can leave Japan and which will be refused at the counter.
